To promote appreciation by and participation of the youth of Washington County Oklahoma, and surrounding areas, in ballet, and to assist in their training and education in ballet.

To promote ballet for the cultural benefit, enjoyment, and education of the citizens of Washington County, Oklahoma, and the surrounding areas.

To promote and increase the cultural arts in Washington County, Oklahoma.
